The air is getting warmer in the city. I love in the spring when New Yorkers are so excited to be OUT. They sit during their breaks or on the weekends with their faces lifted towards the sun like sunflowers, eyes closed just feeling the warmth on their face.
It calls us outside, spring. Brings us to the rooftops, parks and restaurants with seats out on the sidewalks.
Makes us want to plan weekend trips away.
Or long Sunday drives.
Last Sunday we spent the afternoon on the roof with orange juice, champagne, bagels and laughs. My beautiful friend Alex took this picture. Check out more of hers here, and go outside and enjoy spring for yourself.
